Youp is a mental-wellness application that pairs private journaling with generative AI. People write freely, and Youp reflects back — surfacing patterns, gently reframing thoughts, and turning a blank page into a conversation.
The experience is built on evidence-based methods: cognitive behavioural therapy prompts, mindfulness practices, and mood tracking that compounds into real self-knowledge over time. A soft, optional community feed lets people share moments and receive small, uplifting signals of support.
